  • 27TH January 2024 – Womens Health & Wellbeing Event.  

Location: The Lido Reading 
Time: 9:00 – 13:00pm for Lunch  

Kick start your year and unlock your full potential by joining us and local experts for a day of holistic well-being! Take part in interactive workshops and insightful discussions on women’s physical and mental well-being, including hormonal health, tailored exercise and nutrition strategies and practical tips to nourish both your mind and body. Elevate your understanding and embrace a happier, healthier you! Join Nat & Nic for an evening chatting about how to move away from the rat run of New Year’s Resolutions and work towards the body you desire for good. Get away from the scales of shame and embark on a journey of discovery about what your body can do, how and why women need to train differently. Learn about why low food supply is hindering your progress and why what worked in your 20’s and early 30’s will no longer serve you in your later years.

Location: Blue Tin Farm Ipsden

Strong Womens games is a team experience to celebrate strength and our capability with a community of like minded women. Each category will be based on different skill sets and movment patterns. Competing as a team you will support and cheer each other on to score points. Teams will be allocated and each event is scaled to ability levels.
