4:1 Semi Private Personal Training

We understand that each woman is an individual and her needs will change. Our years of experience can help you achieve incredible results wether you are in your 30’s, 40’s, peri menopausal or beyond. Training in a small group of no more than 4 women is a great way of achieving your health and well-being goals. We combine the benefits of 1-1 personal training and group fitness classes. Each session will be 60 minutes long and follows a bespoke programme which follows on one week after the next to increase your ability to progress your strength and fitness levels. This will enable you to achieve fantastic results, as our programming is designed entirely around your own individual goals to help you get the most from your training.

We want you to master your cycle so you can optimise your performance, recover well and feel confident. Knowledge is power. Only you know your body but we want you to harness what your incredible body can do and use it to its full potential.

 A full consultation to discuss your goals, exercise history, present eating and sleep habits, injuries and lifestyle.
 A postural and movement analysis to check for any compensations or what improvements need to happen so you can continue to move in a correct and safe way
 Body composition measurements (if this is in line with your goal)
