LEARN TO LIFT – STRONG FOUNDATION
This 4 week foundation course is for you if you are new to Strength training or are unsure of how to get started.
Our Strong Foundation programme is a non intimidating introduction to strength training. Designed for women to improve their confidence with weight training. Over a 4 week course you will learn how your body moves and what movement patterns best support you. It’s a great way to have some fun and explore the building blocks of strength training under the guidance of your coaches.
Each week over the hour and half you will learn the correct techniques and understand the language of weight training. No matter if you are a complete beginner or have used weights in the past, we will coach you through each lift step by step at a pace that suits you.
